Your use of the evolving practice website (‘the site’) must at all times obey these terms and conditions (‘Conditions of Use’). Using the site means that you agree to follow these Conditions of Use. Access to the site will be entirely at the discretion of the Scottish Health Council.

The Scottish Health Council is fully registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 (‘the Act’).  More information about the Act is available on the Internet at www.dataprotection.gov.uk. Although you have to give us personal information before you can use some parts of this website, the Scottish Health Council will make sure that this is kept secure and protected.

Information you provide

In some areas of our website we ask you to provide information (for example when creating your account).  We will ask for information such as your name and contact details so that we can get in touch with you about case studies you add or websites you recommend.

Any personal information that you give us will be kept confidential and will only be used for the reasons that have been specified above. We will not give your information to outside organisations (apart from organisations processing the information on our behalf) unless you have given us your permission.
